1/112 Linacre Road Hampton- SOLD!

Good afternoon readers,

It has been a very busy week at Thomson Mentone, with three new listings being opened for the first time last weekend, all with a fantastic response from potential buyers, and an astronomical result from the Auction at
1/112 Linacre Road Hampton
.

The
1/112 Linacre Road Hampton
Auction last weekend was highly anticipated, and there was a large turn out for the 11.00am start. However it was all short lived, with a very anxious buyer bidding $800,000 for the property before Simon Bartaby had finished his introductions. And it was all over, called once, twice, and SOLD! It was an amazing outcome for the vendor, as we had been quoting $620,000-$680,000. But it is just proof that our marketing strategies and database that allows our sales agents to keep in touch with all interested parties is enabling us to rein in the buyers.

15/6 Anderson Court
Mentone and 12/35 Tulip Grove Cheltenham had impressive first open for inspections, with interest already on both properties, which are for Private Sale.
64 Albenca Street
Mentone had eleven groups through, with three parties requesting paperwork. The property is going to Auction on the 16th of October, but the vendor will consider prior offers, so if you have any interest in this property it is best to get in now or risk missing out!

This coming weekend will see Mark Pearman’s new listing at 7 Rosella Road Parkdale open for inspection for the first time, and it is a cracker. Set on 689sqm of prime residential beach side land, this is your golden opportunity to buy and build your family dream home on a block that offers rare bay views!

It looks like 44a
Rennison Street
Mentone
is going to be sold today, so watch this space!

All the best for an action-packed Grand Final weekend. Our office is divided over who should win between the Pies and Saints, but either way it is shaping up to be a close one. Remember to drink responsibly and get home safely.

Until next time,

The Thomson Team
