Auction last weekend was highly anticipated, and there was a large turn out for the 11.00am start. However it was all short lived, with a very anxious buyer bidding $800,000 for the property before Simon Bartaby had finished his introductions. And it was all over, called once, twice, and SOLD! The weekend produced mixed results. 1/88 Linacre Road Hampton was passed in at Auction, however 11/19 Brindisi Street Mentone was signed up by Mark Pearman and Kate Padley and is now Under Contract to the vendors delight. 1/88 Linacre Road Hampton is now for Private Sale and has an asking price of $885,000. It will be open for inspection this Saturday 12.30-1.00pm.

This Saturday 18th September 1/112 Linacre Road Hampton will go under the hammer at 11.00am.
